Welcome
POLK-A-DOT is a community of learners. This includes the children and their families, as well as their caregivers/teachers. Our goal is to provide the best care for your child and allow them to grow in an inclusive learning environment that is developmentally appropriate for each individual. We believe that children are active learners who learn best through direct and meaningful interactive experiences with people, objects, and their environment, while being free to use their own ideas.
One of our primary goals is to provide a rich and diverse learning environment through the use of child generated curriculum. Simply put, children learn best when learning is meaningful to them.
